Da'Shawn Hand is the No. 1 strong-side defensive end in the class of 2014, according to 247 Sports, and has announced that he will be playing his college football for the University of Alabama.

The Virginia native narrowed his list to three schools and chose the Crimson Tide over Michigan and Florida.
