Crystal Palace are going nowhere fast in the Premier League this season and have already parted company with their manager, Ian Holloway.

And there's been no sign of a replacement boss yet.

Summarising the glum mood at Selhurst Park, it appears that a fan has placed an advert in a local paper, not looking so much for a new manager as a "captain of a sinking ship."

As spotted and tweeted by Paddy Power, the advert looks like this:

Own up Palace fans, who took out this ad?? pic.twitter.com/4UVmcmbgyV

Holloway left Palace on October 23, and there is still no sign of a replacement boss—it may go some way to explaining the cheeky listing.

The Eagles' fortunes have not picked up in the interim, and they currently sit at the foot of the Premier League table.
