Mozgov's response? "I not that bad."
No Timo, you not that bad. The Denver Nuggets (3-4) big man dominated the Los Angeles Lakers (4-6) frontline and helped the home team win 111-99.
Mozgov finished the game with 23 points, nine rebounds and four blocks off the bench.
Kenneth Faried had a huge game as well, scoring 21 points and grabbing 13 rebounds amid swirling trade rumors that had him possibly heading to New York.
Ty Lawson had 19 and Wilson Chandler hit four three-pointers and scored 12 in his season debut.
For the Lakers, Jordan Hill had a big game with 18 points and 15 rebounds after Mike D'Antoni declared him the team's best player prior to the game.
Steve Blake and Pau Gasol also had double-doubles. Blake went for 15 points and 10 assists, while Gasol tallied 25 points and 12 rebounds.
