Tom Brady: Week 11 Fantasy Outlook

RotoWireContributor November 13, 2013

Brady and the Patriots created a lot of good feeling heading into the bye with a blowout of the Steelers that included a season-best game by the quarterback: 432 yards and four touchdowns. It was just his second game of the year over 300 yards and his first game with more than two touchdowns, and it inspired hope heading into the bye. However, he may find his performance more moderated against the tough Carolina defense in Week 11.
The Panthers boast the fourth-best pass defense in the NFL in terms of yards per game and have by far the best TD:INT ratio, having allowed just seven touchdown passes while intercepting 13 balls. That said, they haven't faced the near-unstoppable force known as Rob Gronkowski. Still, though Brady looks like he's resurrected his rest-of-season fantasy value, he's likely to put together nothing more than a merely competent game this week.
