Holmes (hamstring) is considered likely to return this week against Buffalo. In four games prior to getting hurt, he totaled 243 yards and a touchdown -- 154 yards of which (as well as the score) came against the Bills back in Week 3.
This is a good matchup for Holmes, but it remains to be seen whether he'll be on a snap count or otherwise limited by the hammy. His recent tendency to reinjure himself as well as his lack of a future in the Jets' organization may contribute to underwhelming production down the stretch -- or he may be motivated to prove himself to other teams for next year. Either way, if he's back, Geno Smith is going to look his way pretty often, especially with Jeremy Kerley (elbow) out.
