Jordan 0-5 Uruguay
Jordan's hopes of qualifying for the 2014 FIFA World Cup are hanging by a thread after losing 5-0 to Uruguay in Amman.
Maximiliano Pereira opened the scoring for the visitors with a slide-rule finish, then Cristian Stuani doubled the score just before half-time.
Ahmad Hayel spurned a glorious chance to pull one back for Jordan in the second period, before Nicolas Lodeiro scored a third to deal the result.
Cristian Rodriguez and Edinson Cavani then scored two golazos late on to make it an outrageously comfortably scoreline, and it would take some form of modern miracle for Asia to add a final representative in Brazil next year.
