The MLB Roster Moves Twitter account confirms that Marlon Byrd is now a member of the Phillies:

The @Phillies sign OF Marlon Byrd to 2-year, $16 million contract with club/vesting option for 2016.

ESPN's Jayson Stark dives deeper into the terms of the agreement: 

Sources: Marlon Byrd's $8M club option for 2016 vests if he gets 600 PA in 2015, or if he totals 1,100 in 2014-15 & has at least 550 in '15.
