Roethlisberger completed 18-of-30 passes for 204 yards with a touchdown and an interception in the Steelers’ 23-10 win over Buffalo on Sunday. He was not needed for much in a game dominated by the Steelers’ defense.
The headlines in Pittsburgh surrounding Roethlisberger had little to do with his performance. Instead, Big Ben addressed rumors after the game that he wanted a trade, denying them all as false. Even if a trade were in order, it should hypothetically have little effect on the quarterback’s value. Through nine games this season, he is averaging a little more than 281 yards per game in addition to 13 touchdowns. He has also thrown 10 picks.
