James Van Der Beek, AKA Mox of 'Varsity Blues,' Jokes About Packers QB Situation

Kenny DorsetDirector of Social MediaNovember 11, 2013

Things went from bad to worse for the Aaron Rodgers-less Green Bay Packers after quarterback Seneca Wallace left early in Sunday's game versus the Philadelphia Eagles with a groin injury.

Wallace was replaced by third-string signal-caller Scott Tolzien, who had been promoted from the practice squad just six days earlier.

This unfortunate situation led actor James Van Der Beek—aka Varsity Blues quarterback Jonathan Moxon—to send out this great tweet:

Although Tolzien held his own on Sunday, I would love to see the Packers call on the magic of Mox.
