Rashard Mendenhall: Recapping Mendenhall's Week 10 Fantasy Performance

RotoWireContributor November 11, 2013

Despite a lingering toe injury, Mendenhall started Week 10 against Houston and carried the ball 13 times for 42 yards and caught one pass for nine yards against the Texans on Sunday. His 3.2 yards per carry average in this one remains weak and he's still being out-produced by Andre Ellington, yet he continues to start.
Cardinals coach Bruce Arians obviously has some weird affectation for Mendenhall as he continues to go back to him each week he is able. Injuries may continue to hamper him, but it seems unlikely that he's in danger of losing his job considering the fact that he's played the way he has and we're still watching him as the primary after Week 10 of the season.
