Liverpool winger Andre Wisdom was sent on loan to Championship Derby in an attempt to further his reputation. According to a report in the Mirror, however, Wisdom may have achieved the opposite.

It turns out Wisdom got lost on the way to Derby's Pride Park stadium this weekend, prompting the England Under-21 captain to abandon his £100,000 Porsche in the mud:

Here's a source quoted in the Mirror report:

"Because Andre wasn't sure of the way to Pride Park from the shop, he entered the postcode in the Porsche's sat nav and it took him all the way down a muddy track.

"The poor lad phoned the club to explain what had happened and managed to get himself to the ground in time to play."

Oh dear, Andre. We sense you'll hear a lot more about this one in the weeks and months to come.
