If you are one of those people who are infatuated with fantasy football, then you understand that sometimes, playing the waiver wire can be your best chance for success.

With so many injuries and bye weeks haunting the dreams of fantasy football general managers across the globe, this list of Week 10 waiver-wire players who will lead you to victory was created.

E.J. Manuel vs. Pittsburgh Steelers

According to ESPN reporter Mike Rodak, the Buffalo Bills are planning on starting quarterback E.J. Manuel this week against the Steelers:

Although he hasn't played since suffering an injury in Week 5, Manuel put together a few productive weeks for fantasy owners before going down.

Scoring double-digit fantasy points in three of his first five weeks this season, Manuel is a sneaky high-ceiling play in Week 10 going up against a Steelers defense that surrendered 432 yards through the air last week to the New England Patriots.

A dual-threat quarterback who can beat you with both his arm and legs, the last time the Steelers played a mobile quarterback, they gave up 106 rushing yards to Terrelle Pryor.

Owned in just 10.6 percent of ESPN leagues, if you were one of those people who lost Aaron Rodgers to injury in Week 9, then Manuel is your man.

Riley Cooper vs. Green Bay Packers

It took Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Nick Foles throwing seven touchdowns last week to remind everyone that Chip Kelly's offense can be lethal.

One of the major beneficiaries of Foles' big day was wide receiver Riley Cooper.

Hauling in five receptions for 139 yards and three touchdowns, Cooper showed he has a developed a nice chemistry with his quarterback.

For Cooper to have continued success, Foles needs to remain the starter.

And although, according to Philly.com, Eagles head coach Chip Kelly won't name Foles the long-term starter, Jeff McLane of the Philadelphia Inquirer reports Michael Vick is likely out once again this week:

Chip Kelly said that Nick Foles will take first team reps on Tues. Doesn't expect Michael Vick back.

Taking a deeper look into this young man's game with the help of Pro Football Focus (subscription required), Cooper is averaging 5.75 targets per game over the past four weeks.

While that isn't an ideal target ratio for wide receivers in the world of fantasy football, playing in Kelly's offense gives Cooper the opportunity to make big plays whenever he touches the ball.

Owned in just 24.6 percent of leagues, Cooper is worth starting this week against the Green Bay Packers' 20th-ranked pass defense

Arizona Cardinals D/ST vs. Houston Texans

Did you know the Arizona Cardinals D/ST have scored the sixth-most fantasy points this season?

Owned in just 23.9 percent of leagues, it seems like no matter what they do on the field, this D/ST unit can't generate any respect.

Whether you have a defense on a bye week or just are looking for some extra points, throwing the Cardinals into your Week 10 lineup is a great decision.

Scoring under five points just twice through the first nine weeks of the season, the Cardinals have been a consistent source of fantasy production.

Now going up against the Houston Texans in Week 10, this defensive unit will have another opportunity to put up big numbers.

With John Breech of CBSSports.com reporting that Texans head coach Gary Kubiak isn't expected to return to the sidelines until Week 11, there's reason to believe the Texans offense will struggle without him.

In Week 9, the Texans offense put up 21 points when Kubiak was out there calling the plays.

What happened in his absence? The Texans offense sputtered, scoring just three points in the second half.

Because of those factors, the Arizona Cardinals D/ST unit round out this list of waiver-wire players who will lead you to victory in Week 10.
