Kansas State Women's Basketball Offers Free Bacon for Attending the Home Opener

You can file this under the "so crazy it just might work" line of promotions.

Kansas State's women's basketball team is offering free bacon to students who attend the team's home opener on Nov. 8 against Tennessee State. They initially had 75 pounds of thick cut bacon to offer to students but were forced to increase their supply to 300 pounds after the popularity of the promotion on social media.

As weird as it is, you'd at least think about it if you went to Kansas State, wouldn't you?

Hat tip to Sports Illustrated for the find.
