Hartline enters Week 10 with a total of 477 yards and two touchdowns in eight games, but three of his four best games were the first three games of the season. He hasn't scored a touchdown in five weeks.
With a solid matchup against the Buccaneers, who should be concentrating more on Mike Wallace, Hartline may rack up some decent yardage, but he's never a great bet to get into the end zone, having caught just five touchdown passes over the last four seasons. He's a low-end WR5 type at this point.
