Griffin will look to take advantage of a favorable matchup with 1-7 Minnesota on Thursday. The Vikings are 30th in the NFL in points allowed, yielding 31.5 points per tilt. The Minnesota defense is surrendering over 290 yards per game through the air.
Griffin has thrown just one touchdown pass in his last two games, though he did throw for 291 yards in last Sunday's dramatic OT win over the San Diego Chargers. The Vikings have allowed 18 passing touchdowns in 2013; only the Buffalo Bills have allowed more (20). As a result, RG3 should be able to shred the Vikings with his arm Thursday.
