Football, Utah Utes Football

The University of Utah Utes’ first priority is getting injured players who sat out last year or missed time back to full health.

Quarterback Brian Johnson’s shoulder still is not 100 percent, but he is participating.

Also participating are running back Matt Asiata and wide receiver Brent Casteel, who are coming back after early season injuries. Both Asiata and Casteel have done well in practice.
