Alex Smith: Recapping Smith's Week 9 Fantasy Performance

RotoWireContributor November 3, 2013

Smith completed 19-of-29 passes for 124 yards Sunday against the Buffalo Bills. He also added four carries for seven rushing yards.
The Bills were able to get to Smith on Sunday, sacking him just twice but disrupting him completely. An effective pass rush threw off his rhythm and prevented the Kansas City quarterback from making even simple throws with accuracy. To make matters worse, Smith’s receivers dropped several passes, including a couple potential scoring plays. The Chiefs enter a bye with their signal caller scuffling a bit headed toward a Week 11 showdown with Denver.
