The Washington Wizards took a sojourn down I-95 on Sunday to face the Miami Heat, and unsurprisingly fell to 0-3. John Wall had been dealing with back spasms, but he managed to suit up anyway. The Heat stormed out of the gates with some hot shooting and enjoyed an ample 87-64 lead after three quarters. The Wizards put up major fight in the fourth quarter, but it was too little too late as they fell 103-93.
Miami's Big Three posted 69 points to bury Washington. The Wiz did have five players in double digits and seven with at least eight points, but it was nowhere near enough as they fell too far behind in the first 36 minutes.
