Riley Cooper Returns to Fantasy Relevancy with Big Day vs. Oakland
Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Riley Cooper exploded Sunday against the Oakland Raiders.
As ESPN illustrates, Cooper had himself a heck of a first half with Nick Foles under center:

There's a trend developing here with the Florida product. Cooper now has two 100-yard games in his career—both with Foles as the signal caller.
In other words, Cooper is a man to own in all leagues with the health of quarterback Michael Vick consistently in question. Cooper and Foles clearly have a connection, and Cooper routinely sees more action than No. 1 receiver DeSean Jackson as a result.
In three of the past four weeks, Cooper has brought in three or more receptions, so it appears his fantasy production is here to stay.
Cooper is by no means a No. 1 fantasy receiver, but he's easily a solid flex option in all leagues depending on the matchup and who starts under center.
