Arsenal 2 Liverpool 0
90+2'—The game all but up now. Arsenal in possession and no great urgency from Liverpool to win it back. A big cheer will go up at full time—would that disallowed goal in the first half changed the outcome of this game?
Three minutes added on
90'—Ozil bundles into the box once more but sees his shot saved well by Mignolet. Good chance. Liverpool break and Jenkinson is booked for a cynical foul.
89'—Final 60 seconds. Arsenal are going to be five points clear at the top of the Premier League tonight.
87'—How have Liverpool not equalised?! Szczesny hits the ball straight at Sturridge but gets away with it as the ball bounces back to him. Then seconds later Suarez is in—but puts his shot wide of the far post with Sturridge screaming for the ball.
85'—No way through for Liverpool. They've made some nice passes in the buildup, but once they reach the penalty area it's just not happening. Not enough tempo or movement.
Arsenal sub: Carl Jenkinson on for Santi Cazorla
82'—Good goalkeeping from Szczesny who gets out and down well to block Sturridge who had created space down the left channel. Moments later he does the same to Coutinho and concedes a corner.
80'—Coutinho has a pop from range but it's well wide. Liverpool simply haven't had enough in the final third today. Poor display going forward.
Arsenal sub: Thomas Vermaelen on for Gibbs
77'—Gibbs is down injured and Sagna isn't impressed that Liverpool don't put it out—but Arsenal didn't have a problem playing on when they attacked a moment ago. Gibbs was off the pitch and actually came back on. Referee Martin Atkinson has stopped his watch for now.
75'—Ozil stumbles his way into the box and shoots toward the near post, but Mignolet gets down well to save.
73'—Woodwork! Coutinho whips a cross in, Sturridge takes it down and Suarez drills the shot in with his right foot, only for a slight deflection to knock the ball onto the post and wide.
Arsenal sub: Nacho Monreal on for Rosicky
70'—Best chance of the half for Liverpool. Henderson bends in a great cross from the right side to Sturridge's head, but he gets his angles wrong and nods wide of goal.
That will be Jordan Henderson to right-back, more than likely, but we'll let you know if that's not the case.
Liverpool sub: Victor Moses on for Jon Flanagan
65'—Sturridge and Suarez are pressing gamely against the Arsenal defence, but there's a massive gap behind them with the midfield failing to do the same. Mertesacker and Koscienly can just pass straight into the spaces.
62'—Back come Liverpool and Sakho wins a corner as he runs on the overlap down the left. A chance for the centre-backs to get forward...but Giroud heads clear.
Absolutely top class goal from Ramsey who doubles Arsenal's lead out of absolutely nothing. He picks up the ball 25 yards out, there's nothing on, so he leathers it over Mignolet and into the far top corner. What a hit, 2-0.
Arsenal 2 Liverpool 0
Aaron Ramsey, 58 mins
57'—Lovely sweeping move from Arsenal this time with Cazorla and Rosicky combining to give Giroud another shooting chance. He can't get enough power in his effort though and it's another save for Mignolet.
55'—HUGE MISS!! Toure gifts the ball to Giroud with a slack pass to Skrtel who can't make the challenge, but Giroud lifts the ball over Mignolet—and wide of the near post. Poor miss.
