BenJarvus Green-Ellis : Recapping Green-Ellis's Week 9 Fantasy Performance

RotoWireContributor November 1, 2013

Green-Ellis gained 72 yards on 21 carries on Thursday in Cincinnati’s 22-20 loss to the Dolphins. Despite leading the team in carries for the eighth time in nine games this season, he did not gain the most yards for the Bengals on the ground.
Stuck in a functional platoon that has allowed the team to choose its spots brilliantly of when to use the more explosive Giovani Bernard, Green-Ellis is asked to pick up tough yards between the tackles. As a result, the veteran is averaging just 3.2 yards per carry this season. If Bernard’s rib injury proves to be serious, Green-Ellis would likely see a boost in activity.
