GREEN BAY, WI - JANUARY 20: Wide receiver Plaxico Burress #17 of the New York Giants celebrates after winning the NFC championship game against the Green Bay Packers on January 20, 2008 at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The Giants defeated the

It wasn't that long ago when Plaxico Burress and the NY Giants put an exclamation mark on ruining the new england patriots undefeated season.

Now the talented reciever is a free agent. He was a huge part of the reason that the giants won the superbowl XLII. Reasons that he is a free agent right now is due to character problems and the infamous accidental shooting, in whcih november of 2008 he accidentally shot himself while in a night club

Nevertheless, he is a tall red zone target that was a key piece in helping the giants win a Super Bowl.

Here our 5 teams that he could also help guide to a Super Bowl.

Chicago Bears

He would be the No. 1 reciever on a team with a pretty good quaterback.

Plus chiacago has some good young weapons on their offense including matt forte, greg olsen, and reciever earl bennett. They need him with him the playoffs would be a lock.

Kansas City Chiefs

FOXBORO, MA - DECEMBER 21: Matt Cassell #16 of the New England Patriots reacts after a touchdown against the Arizona Cardinals at Gillette Stadium on December 21, 2008 in Foxboro, Massachusetts. (Photo by Jim Rogash/Getty Images)

Why not? The chiefs lost arguably their best receiving threat of their franchise history in Tony Gonzalez. Plaxico and Dwayne Bowe would be a good compliment to each other.

Cincinnatti Bengals

Maybe this would make Chad Ochocinco a little more optimistic about his future with the Bengals. If not he would be a good replacement for him. Plus he would fill the void the TJ Housmanzadeh left.

Oakland Raiders

Al Davis will give anyone with talent a chance. See Deangelo Hall. Plus him Plaxico and Darrius Heyward-Bey would be a good duo.

Carolina Panthers

Or would Plaxico Burress and Steve smith on the same team be unfair?
