0 of 7

As the college football season enters Week 10, recruiting is only getting more important. With several big games on the schedule for this weekend, many home teams will be hosting visiting recruits.

With the opportunity to see how a program operates up close and personal, recruiting visits are a crucial piece of the puzzle. This weekend features several elite prospects who will be visiting schools that are high on their lists.

A talented linebacker is headed to an emerging SEC school, while an ACC powerhouse has an impressive list of visitors for its big game this weekend.

Player evaluations are based on review of tape at, Rivals, 247Sports and ESPNU.

Brandon Lee, LB

1 of 7

    Visiting: Missouri

Hailing from Indiana, Brandon Lee is a 4-star linebacker who would be a solid fit at Missouri.

He will be spending some quality time with the Tigers this weekend, as 247Sports shows, he is scheduled to visit.

At 6'3" and 215 pounds, Lee is a tall 'backer who fits best on the outside. He displays good instincts to get a jump on plays, but his speed and athleticism are his top assets. The Tigers are trying to capitalize off their unexpected success this season; impressing Lee during his visit would be a good start.

Joe Mixon, RB

2 of 7

    Visiting: Florida State

Joe Mixon is a 5-star running back who is among a talented group of prospects scheduled to visit Florida State this weekend, per 247Sports

The 6'2", 195-pound running back will carefully take in everything in Tallahassee, as this visit could be an X-factor in his recruitment. Mixon has schools such as Oklahoma, Wisconsin and Cal on his mind, per 247Sports.

However, the combination of the Seminoles' strong play this season and their tradition gives them a chance with the California native.

Kentavius Street, DE

3 of 7

    Visiting: Florida State

Kentavius Street will also be on hand to watch Florida State play Miami on Saturday, according to 247Sports. At 6'2.5" and 262 pounds, Street is one of the strongest defensive ends in the nation.

The powerful 4-star player is from North Carolina, but he is wanted in Tallahassee. The 'Noles will have to show him a great time during the trip, as they have stiff competition for his services.

Josh Malone, WR

4 of 7

    Visiting: Florida State

FSU is always looking to add more talent on the perimeter, which is why it is not shocking that 4-star receiver Josh Malone is a target for the 'Noles.

The Tennessee native is another elite recruit who will be in Tallahassee this weekend, according to 247Sports. Malone, who is nearly 6'3" and 190 pounds, combines good speed with solid ball skills.

Florida State has competition from Georgia and Tennessee, per 247Sports, but the 'Noles will use their electric atmosphere this weekend to entice Malone to join them.

Tony Brown, CB

    Steve Dykes-USA TODAY Sports

    Visiting: Florida State

Tony Brown is scheduled to make the trip to Tallahassee from Texas this weekend, according to 247Sports. The 5-star defensive back is an outstanding athlete who also has great instincts.

Brown, who is 6'0" and 188 pounds, has several heavyweights fighting over him. Florida State is in a group of schools such as LSU, Texas, Texas A&M and Ohio State, among others, per 247Sports

The 'Noles, who are known for producing great defensive backs, will have to roll out the red carpet this weekend for Brown. If not, they could fall behind several terrific programs.

Adoree' Jackson, CB

6 of 7

    Visiting: Florida State

A 5-star prospect, cornerback Adoree' Jackson will be at Florida State this weekend, according to 247Sports. At 5'9.5" and 182 pounds, Jackson has deceptive strength to go along with incredible athleticism.

He is a great long-jumper in track and field, so it would not be surprising if Jackson played two sports in college. The Seminoles are among an elite group of programs on his list, so they will have to make sure they leave a lasting impression on him.
