FINAL: Dolphins 22, Bengals 20

Thursday Night Football came at fans from Sun Life Stadium, where the Miami Dolphins pulled out a shocking win over the Cincinnati Bengals in an unorthodox manner.

Miami got things started in the first half with a Ryan Tannehill rushing touchdown, but after that it was nothing more than a sloppy affair marred with dropped passes and injuries as the two sides exchanged field goals to end the half.

Things took a major swing in the middle of the third quarter when Miami corner Brent Grimes intercepted Cincinnati's Andy Dalton and returned it 92 yards for a score to give the Dolphins a two-touchdown lead.

Cincinnati would respond with a length drive capped off by a touchdown run from rookie Giovani Bernard. But Bernard was not done there—he took another run from 35 yards out and tied the game at 17 in the fourth.

After that, it was smooth sailing for Cincinnati until a little over a minute remained as Mike Nugent knocked a field goal through the uprights to give Bengals a three-point lead. However, Miami would respond with a field goal of its own with 11 seconds left.

That meant overtime, where Dalton was sacked for a safety by Cameron Wake for a major Dolphins victory.
