Freeman was cleared to play last Friday in advance of Week 8's match up against Green Bay. The Vikings have remained quiet with their intentions under center leading in to Week 9's contest at Dallas.
Assuming Freeman is healthy, and has learned a bit more of the playbook, he figures to get the nod. He looked absolutely lost two weeks ago at New York, but faces the worst pass defense in the league. Dallas allows 315.4 yards weekly, and just gave up 488 to Detroit's Matt Stafford. With all that in mind, owners must be feeling really lucky if they choose to roll the dice with Freeman.
