Pros:

Incredible ball-handling skills, dribbles great under pressure. Great in transition and transition defense. Very unselfish and has amazing court vision. Can score when needed. His strength makes up for his small size. Extremely quick and a tremendous passer.

Cons:

Obviously, he is a tad small for the NBA. His pull-up jumper could use a little work.
