Daniel Thomas: Week 9 Fantasy Outlook

RotoWireContributor October 29, 2013

Thomas is on the wrong end of a timeshare with fellow running back Lamar Miller, but is not ready to cede the starting job to the second-year back out of The U just yet. Thomas rushed nine times for 47 yards at New England on Sunday, while also catching a five-yard touchdown pass out of the backfield.
The third-year back out of Kansas State has averaged over five yards per tote in each of the last two games for the Dolphins, and has experienced a bit of a resurgence after looking completely out of the mix in the three games prior to that brief successful stretch. He'll face a tough Bengals defense this Thursday and will still lose touches to the aforementioned Miller. As a result, it's better to leave Thomas on the bench for fantasy purposes.
