Miller has had an up-and-down 2013 campaign for the Dolphins, though he did receive a career-high 18 carries in last Sunday's loss to the Patriots. Miller was able to rush for 89 yards in that game, while also catching a career-high three passes for 23 yards out of the backfield.
The Dolphins desperately want Miller to be the featured back in the offense, but he hasn't been consistent enough to take the reigns just yet. It was encouraging to see him get 21 touches this past Sunday, though, as fellow running back Daniel Thomas garnered just 10 touches by comparison. However, the Bengals allow less than 100 rushing yards per game and have surrendered only three rushing touchdowns this season. As such, Miller is an RB2 or flex option against Cincinnati on Thursday.
