Roy Helu: Week 9 Fantasy Outlook

RotoWireContributor October 29, 2013

Helu was stymied by the Denver Broncos defense on Sunday, carrying the ball five times for just 11 yards while recording only one reception out of the backfield. Helu has now caught just two passes over his last two games.
Unfortunately, it may be feast or famine for Helu owners this season, depending on the score of certain contests as well as how starter Alfred Morris is running the ball. The six touches were the fewest Helu had seen since September 22 against Detroit. He should have a better game against the Chargers on Sunday, but that doesn't mean he is a recommended fantasy start, even as a flex play.
