Matt Barkley: Week 9 Fantasy Outlook

RotoWireContributor October 28, 2013

Barkley will be the likely starter under center for the Eagles on Sunday against the Oakland Raiders. Michael Vick re-injured his hamstring last Sunday against the Giants, and Nick Foles remains questionable as he recovers from a concussion suffered against the Dallas Cowboys.
Barkley is not a recommended option unless you are desperate in a two-quarterback league. He has thrown four interceptions in 46 throws. Barkley also fumbled against the Giants as well. He does not have a firm grasp of the Philadelphia offense, and remains raw. Look elsewhere for a viable fantasy quarterback.
