MLB Knuckleheads of the Week

Gabe Zaldivar@gabezalPop Culture Lead WriterOctober 28, 2013

Nobody would ever dare mistake the 2013 World Series for being pretty.

Two stout teams in the field have come together for a Fall Classic most would consider a bumbling mess.

MLB Contributor Gabe Zaldivar and MLB Lead Writer Zach Rymer discuss the worst of a sorry lot this week.

There have been easy outs that fell to the infield ground with no glove ever touching the ball, ridiculous strike zones that would have those from home questioning their own idea of balls and strikes, and questionable substitutions coming from the dugout.

Really, a World Series we thought would show us what great clean baseball looks like has been anything but.

Oh, but it’s been entertaining.

Here are what have to be the top two dunderheads from a week that has championed the untimely and awkward.

Go ahead and vote for either or suggest your own knucklehead below. The best part is this series is far from over. Expect the unexpected for the remainder of the season.
