With the Boston Red Sox down two games to one in the World Series and facing what many believe to be a must-win game on Sunday night, right fielder Shane Victorino will be held out of the lineup with a back injury.

Fox Sports' Ken Rosenthal has the news:

Victorino lower back tightness. Nava batting second, Gomes fifth for #RedSox.

Victorino is also out of the starting lineup for Game 5. He is considered a "full go" for Game 6.
