Updates for Sunday, Dec. 1
Rey Maualuga is active for Week 13, according to the Bengals:

According to The Star-Ledger's Darryl Slater, fifth-year linebacker Rey Maualuga sustained head and knee injuries and was forced from the game late in the second quarter:
The reason Rey Maualuga is out for the rest of the game is a concussion. He has a left knee injury, but the concussion is sidelining him.— Darryl Slater (@DarrylSlater) October 27, 2013
Maualuga is expected to miss nearly a month of action due to the knee injury.
A model of consistency, Rey Maualuga has started all but five games during his first four seasons with the Bengals. This year, he is second on the team in tackles behind only Vontaze Burfict.
While his numbers aren't anything to write home about, he is a team leader and important presence in the middle of the defense.
Veteran Michael Boley, who is in his first year with the Bengals after spending the last eight with the Atlanta Falcons and New York Giants, took Maualuga's place at middle linebacker.
The Bengals' defense continues to be ravished with injuries, as they most recently lost cornerback Leon Hall to a torn Achilles.
