EUGENE, OR - OCTOBER 26: Byron Marshall

No. 3 Oregon fumbled on its opening possession and went down 7-0 to No. 12 UCLA.

The second drive wasn't looking much better.

Facing 4th-and-14 from their own 25-yard line, coach Mark Helfrich called for a fake punt, which was perfectly executed.

The Bruins had nobody in the middle of the field, and Rodney Hardrick was able to take the ball on the fake punt 66 yards to the UCLA 8-yard line.

The gutsy decision paid off as the Ducks tied the game with a touchdown a few plays later.
