Fresno State: 35
San Diego State: 28
It was a lot closer than expected, but Fresno State remains unbeaten and keeps its BCS hopes alive. San Diego State drops to 3-4 and loses its first game in four tries. Both defenses came to play, while the offenses struggled for most of the first half. However, the second half had everything you hope to witness in a football game.

In the end, the Bulldogs remain the favorite underdog for a BCS bowl and will play Nevada next week. The Aztecs are forced to gather themselves for a matchup against New Mexico.
