DeAngelo Williams Injury: Updates on Panthers RB's Quad

During the Panthers' Week 8 matchup with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, DeAngelo Williams took a big hit to his knee.

It initially looked like Williams could have suffered a possible injury, via CBSSports.com's Jamey Eisenberg.

Uh oh, DeAngelo gets up limping. That was a tough hit on his knee. Night could be over.

However, Williams is active for Week 9.
