Michael Crabtree: Week 8 Fantasy Outlook

RotoWireContributor October 23, 2013

Though he certainly wasn't practicing in full, Crabtree was working on a drill where he was moving laterally and catching passes from one of the trainers earlier this week. The receiver is still recovering from a torn Achilles tendon but is supposedly ahead of schedule.
The original timetable had Crabtree returning sometime around the first week of December, but recent reports on his recovery have pushed that up to somewhere around mid-November. Adding him to the mix at that point, could really vault the 49ers passing attack into the stratosphere as they would have him, Anquan Boldin, Mario Manningham and Vernon Davis running secondaries ragged trying to cover them all. Colin Kaepernick's value would also skyrocket.
