Tavon Austin: Week 8 Fantasy Outlook

RotoWireContributor October 24, 2013

With the team's desire to have Austin focus more on the return aspect of his game, Austin has seen his targets diminish over the last three games. He's averaging just four looks per game and, consequently, has only picked up 74 yards with one score during that time-frame.
The rookie was a highly-touted option heading into the season, but he hasn't developed to the point where he is a trustworthy option in your lineup. He's got tremendous talent though and looks to be an excellent player to watch, particularly when he is looking to pick up yards after the catch. However, the fact that he is being asked to focus on the return game so much means that his pass-catching has taken a beck seat.
