Jared Cook: Week 8 Fantasy Outlook

RotoWireContributor October 23, 2013

Though Cook finally saw more than three targets for the first time since Week 4, he still hasn't found the endzone in six games and is only averaging 33.8 receiving yards per game. With back-up quarterback Kellen Clemens under center this week and an upcoming match-up with the Seahawks, now does not seem to be the time to chance using Cook for your starting lineup.
The Seattle defense is holding opposing quarterbacks to just 191 passing yards per game and opposing tight ends to just 57.7 receiving yards per game as well. With so many factors working against Cook this week, fantasy owners should probably look elsewhere for help.
