Kellen Clemens: Week 8 Fantasy Outlook

RotoWireContributor October 24, 2013

Clemens' first start of the season couldn't get any tougher as he faces the fearsome Seattle Seahawks defense here in Week 8. The ground game will be of little help as Seattle holds the opposition to just 91.6 rushing yards per game and their pass defense limits teams to just 191 yards through the air and has allowed just six passing touchdowns all year.
Though he hasn't started a game for the Rams since 2011, Clemens remains confident in his abilities and looks forward to the challenge ahead. "I've been in this offense for quite a while and I know the ins and outs," Clemens told reporters. "I think I have a pretty good rapport with most of my teammates and I'm ready to play. I have a lot of faith in my ability to play this position." That being said, expect Clemens to be picking himself up off the ground quite a bit as the Seahawks pass rush has 23 sacks to date and are limiting opposing quarterbacks to just a 66.1 passer rating.
