Mike Wallace: Week 8 Fantasy Outlook

Despite being heavily targeted (10 times) for the second straight week, Wallace had a middling day for a No. 1 receiver in Week 7, totaling five catches for 76 yards against the Bills. He also rushed once for 12 yards. If that was all he could do against the generous Buffalo pass defense, it's gonna be much rougher seas this week against a New England team that's allowed the ninth-lowest scoring average to wide receivers.
The bright side for Wallace is that Ryan Tannehill is looking his way a whole ton -- 26 times in the last two weeks, but while he's reeled in 181 yards worth of grabs in that time, he's only seen the end zone once this year, back in Week 2, and has only seen red-zone targets in two of six games this season. He's mostly a WR3 or flex play 'til he shows he can sustain a higher level of production under Tannehill.
