Tom Brady: Week 8 Fantasy Outlook

RotoWireContributor October 23, 2013

Brady is coming off one of his wost games of the year in Week 7 against the Jets, as for the second time in three weeks, he failed to throw a touchdown pass, and he was intercepted (a pick-six this time) for the third straight week. While the return of Rob Gronkowski certainly helped Gronk's fantasy owners, it didn't do a lot for Brady's stat line. However, things should be better this week against the middling Dolphins defense.
That said, Brady and Gronk should continue to get on the same page, and the big tight end provides the veteran QB with a red-zone presence's he's sorely missed while throwing to a ragtag bunch of receivers this year. Miami's been stingy touchdown-wise, allowing just eight passing scores this year, but they're also giving up almost 270 yards per game. Brady's gone 16-6 in his career against Miami, throwing 39 touchdowns and 18 picks in 22 games.
