Rob Gronkowski: Week 8 Fantasy Outlook

Gronkowski's return was a good-news, bad-news type of day for his fantasy owners. On the one hand, his performance against the Jets in Week 7 -- eight catches for 114 yards -- looks good on anyone's stat line. On the other hand, he was thrown to 17 times, with nine of them falling incomplete, so he left a lot of yards on the field. However, he should keep getting more comfortable out there, and he's going to be Tom Brady's top target, bar none.
Gronk actually hasn't had very big games against New England's Week 8 opponent, Miami -- he's averaged just 62 receiving yards and caught three touchdowns in five games against the Fins -- but with nowhere else for Brady to go, Gronk should again see a double-digit target total and will likely see some looks in the red zone, where the Patriots have had trouble finishing this year, as they rank among the bottom teams in the NFL in red-zone efficiency.
