Hill caught just one pass for 17 yards in Week 7 against New England, but had a day-making 38-yard touchdown catch waved off due to offensive pass interference -- a ticky-tack penalty, but one that resulted in a dud for the speedy receiver. This week, he faces a Bengals team that just lost top corner Leon Hall, meaning he'll probably see a lot of Pacman Jones and Dre Kirkpatrick -- matchups where the taller, faster Hill could take advantage.
Hill's largely been a boom-or-bust fantasy option in his young career, and though the Bengals have good stats against the pass, he has a chance to boom this week. Geno Smith isn't shy about slinging it down the field for Hill to try to make big plays, so if he can put some of those throws on target, it's not inconceivable that Hill might come away with a couple long touchdowns. Of course, it's equally conceivable that the rookie quarterback could be off his game, leaving Hill to another day of fantasy mediocrity.
