Denny Hamlin Fastest In Second Coca-Cola 600 Practice

Denny Hamlin turned in the fastest lap of the field after Saturday morning's Sprint Cup Series practice.

Hamlin recorded a lap of 29.294 seconds, 0.031 seconds faster than Greg Biffle, who was second on the speed charts.

Casey Mears, Kyle Busch, Brian Vickers, Mark Martin, Kasey Kahne, Dale Earnhardt Jr., AJ Allmendinger, and David Reutimann rounded out the top-10 quickest drivers.

The top-35 fastest drivers in the session recorded their fastest lap time within their first three laps on the track.

Vickers ran the most laps in the session, running 38 laps in the No. 83 Red Bull Toyota.

The slowest driver in the sessions was Tony Raines, who recorded his fastest lap of 30.228 seconds, almost a second off of the leader's fastest time.

Final practice is set to begin at 6 PM ET. The Coca-Cola 600 will be run Sunday at 5:45 PM ET, live on FOX.
