Tony Brown, a 5-star cornerback from Beaumont, Texas, is one of the most physically gifted athletes in the 2014 class. The 6'0", 188-pound speedster runs a 4.35 40-yard dash and has over 20 scholarship offers.

Brown is not only one of the top CBs in the country but is one of the top hurdlers in the world in the U19 age division.
