Michael Floyd: Recapping Floyd's Week 7 Fantasy Performance

RotoWireContributor October 18, 2013

Floyd caught a season-high six passes for 71 yards during the Cardinals' loss to the Seahawks on Thursday. He was targeted a team-high 10 times as Larry Fitzgerald was blanketed by double-teams for most of the night.
Floyd has blossomed into the Cardinals top possession receiver and should continue to see plenty of targets this season as defenses look to neutralize Fitzgerald more often. He should be a decent option in PPR leagues as the Cardinals continue to rely on a pass-heavy offense, but he won't be much of a factor in standard leagues until he starts seeing more frequent red zone targets and scoring touchdowns.
