LOS ANGELES — On a day the Trail Blazers watched yet another player skip practice because of an injury, there was a welcome sight: The full return of Nicolas Batum. The Blazers' starting small forward took the next — and likely final — step in his return from a concussion, participating in four-on-four scrimmaging during the Blazers' workout at the Los Angeles Lakers' practice facility. Batum in recent days has been inching closer to a return from his Oct. 8 concussion, and is in the final stages of the NBA's concussion protocol.
