Real Madrid defender Raphael Varane has been forced to train separately from his teammates at Valdebebas, with Marca reporting that the club's doctors are keeping an eye on his knee issues.

Varane had continued with a Real Madrid-planned training routine while on international duty but missed the recent fixture with Finland.

The article states:

Raphael Varane ... was examined by the Real Madrid doctors who are closely monitoring the progress of his knee. The French player worked in the indoor facilities of the club's training complex and did not join the rest of his teammates out on the pitch.
