While Spiller hasn't seen a ton of touches the last couple weeks, he's been back to his high-YPC ways, totaling 121 rush yards on just 18 carries. However, it's concerning that he hasn't been very active in the passing game over the last four weeks -- just three catches on three targets. He faces a middle-of-the-road Miami rush defense this week, and his performance will likely be proportional to the share of carries he gets while splitting the load with Fred Jackson.
Spiller's been about as big a first-round bust as any, as he's managed just 391 total yards through six weeks in the wake of last year's 1603-total-yard campaign. He's seen just nine more rushes than Fred Jackson, who's been a much bigger factor in the pass game. Still, you can't bench the guy -- he's liable to pop off a 200-yard effort at any time, without warning.
